Description The financing for those who love the Planet.
An offer intended for costumers who would like to buy a new high energy efficiency house or to renovate their house with improvement of energy performance.

Until 25/11/2024, the Green offer of Intesa Sanpaolo has been dedicated to costumers who would like to buy a new high energy efficiency house (from class B forward) or to renovate their house with improvement of energy performance.

In line with the objectives of the Bank and the need to offer products increasingly aligned with the indications of the European Taxonomy, as of 25/11/2024 the Bank has renewed the “Domus Mortgage - Green offer”.
Additional informations Below, the new green offer access requirements.

Residential Real Estate Purchase:
- Buildings constructed < 2020 regardless of floor area:
- Energy class of at least “A” or
- Within 15% of the most energy-efficient buildings in its relevant
climate zone
- Buildings constructed > 2020 and area less than 5,000 m2:
- PED (energy performance index expressed in KWh/sqm/year)
at least 10% below the threshold set for near-zero energy
buildings (NZEB) requirements in its climatic reference zone

Residential Real Estate Construction:
- Building < 5000 mq: PED (energy performance index expressed in
KWh/sq m per year) at least 10% lower than the threshold set for
near-zero energy buildings (NZEB) requirements in its climatic
reference zone

Residential Real Estate Renovation
- Interventions affecting +25% of the total gross dispersing surface of
the building (“Major renovation” field within the APE); or
- Reduction in PED (energy performance index expressed in KWh/sq
m per year) by at least 30% (comparison of PED before and after
renovation contained in the APE)
